Great shower pressure and hot water.
Our room was unbearably noisy throughout the night, which completely ruined our sleep during our three-night stay. The constant screeching of chairs and tables being dragged across the floor from the restaurant below made it impossible to rest, especially when this disturbance happened at 12 AM and around 4:30 AM. I can't believe I chose this hotel without prior knowledge about this issue. It should have been communicated in reviews!

All of the staff were very efficient, attentive. This was a well-kept and beautifuly designed hotel with a very central location on pedestrian street. What's more, it was right by the center of the town on the main street, the centre and all attractions and shopping areas.

It wasn't inexpensive, but still acceptable.

We loved exploring the Molo Beverello Port and the Port of Naples, both full of charm. The hotel's location made it easy to get around, and the staff was super friendly. Our room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was a great start to our days. Definitely recommend this spot for a fun trip!
The only downside was the arranged taxi from the airport that ended up costing us €65 instead of being free. That was a bit unexpected, but we managed to figure it out.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance of many attractions, and the spacious, modern rooms provided a comfortable stay. The highlight was the wonderful breakfast, with fresh-cracked eggs and a variety of pastries. The lobby's lack of windows.

The breakfast spread was a good start to my day-fresh pastries and organic juices had me swooning! The boutique vibe of Matilde was a charming contrast to the bustling streets outside.
The entrance was less than inviting, tucked away in an alley with no clear signs. Though the room was cozy, I missed some extra perks like toiletries and a phone-it felt a bit barebones inside.

The stay was just for one night, a quick stop while traveling. The room was very spacious and modern with comfy beds that made for a restful night. The staff were quite friendly, especially during breakfast, and they created a welcoming atmosphere. The central location made it easy for me to explore the vibrant local area, even though there was some street noise at night. The windows did a good job of blocking it out.
